Icebreakership for Marine Consulting and Services is an establishment that provides marine consulting services according to the price listed on its official website, based on the type and duration of the consultation. It also acts as a broker in renting or selling, or as a third party in selling on behalf of others, with pricing varying depending on the type of request.
- The company’s commission for rentals is 5% of the total price.
- The company’s commission for sales transactions is 1.5% of the total price.
- When the company conducts negotiations and site visits at the client’s request and the sale then fails, the establishment is entitled to a fee of 200 .
- Each advertisement must be used for selling a single vessel only. Once approved and published, the ad content cannot be changed to advertise a different vessel than originally submitted.
- Icebreakership reserves the right to modify or reject any advertising copy submitted by any advertiser, including images, at its sole discretion.
- All advertising materials provided by the advertiser become the property of Icebreakership and may not be copied or used without written consent.
- The advertiser must maintain the confidentiality of usernames, passwords, and security details.
- The advertiser bears full responsibility for the content of advertisements and guarantees that they are truthful and do not violate privacy or trademarks. The advertiser is also obligated to indemnify the establishment against any claims or demands.
- The establishment has the right to remove any illegal or non-compliant content at any time.
- Technical specifications or maintenance may be modified for operational reasons, with attempts to minimize service disruption.
- The establishment has the right to modify the service design or its internal logic to improve efficiency.
- Uploading files containing viruses, corrupted files, or unsupported formats is prohibited.
- The advertiser must notify the establishment of any malfunctions immediately upon discovery.
- The establishment does not monitor the content of messages sent via the service and bears no responsibility for them.
- The advertiser is responsible for publishing their contact information at their own risk.
- No party is obligated to enforce a clause of these terms in cases of force majeure (natural disasters, wars, floods, etc.).

- The establishment may modify the website, restrict access to it, or suspend it temporarily or permanently.
- Copying, distorting trademarks, or removing copyright notices from website content is prohibited.
